Extensive journal entries, editing, and revision of written assignments. Prepare and write multi-paragraph essays. Assigned readings, participation in extensive workshops, and group work. ENG101 First-Year Composition (Sec. #27985) 3 Credits

Emphasis on rhetoric, composition, and the writing process. Establish college-level writing strategies. Prerequisite: WritePlacer® Score of 5 or higher or passing grade in WAC101 is required.
